What a big weekend it was.

1) CONGRATULATIONS to Patty, Kevin and all three Becklets!! For those that were not on nthe phone chain, here are the details:
Daniel weighed in at a thanksgiving turkeyish 4 lbs and was born first, Kathryn weighed 3.9 lbs and was second, and Anna weighed a robust 3 pounds and was pulled out last. The Becks are all doing fine (except for Kevin who has not inhaled since 8:30 yesterday morning).

2) Happy Birthday to Tony Castaldini. The number 40 is just a unit of measurement signifying the passage of time, and nothing more. We had a birthday dinner to celebrate at Pauline and Elio's yesterday.

3) Check out the newly loaded slide show of Maggie in a new striped dress.

4) Maggie is still so much fun. She can sit and play by herself, she is getting closer to crawling every day (although she can now crawl backwards in short bursts), she loves to stand and hold herself up (see slideshow), and her lessons in Korean, Chinese and violin are all going very well. If we can just figure out why she is still spitting up so much we'd be all set.

5) On Friday afternoon, Margo played in the annual Seniors vs. Teachers game at her school. This picture was from right before tip-off and I guarantee the 2 ladies on the left are talking about wedding plans while Margo was talking about Maggie with the other girl. The guy on the right is looking at all of them and thinking "Will you PLEASE get serious? If we lose to the seniors our spring term will be awful!" Margo am I right?

Later in the game you can see Margo 'hustling' back down the court. Unfortunately the lady teachers lost by more than a couple points.


5) It will be a fairly quiet work week with all of the students gone. (Famous last words right?) I am NOT complaining, just informing you. And now it is time to get in to the shower and get ready for this "quiet week".
